1. OTC trading settings (APP) (Users need to verify with their real names first)
1) Open the official ZB APP and login. The new account needs to set the nickname first. Go to the sideslip menu bar and click "Please set a nickname".
2) Enter the account information page and click "Nickname" → "Set".
3) Please enter a nickname and click "Save" (the nickname can only be set once and cannot be changed after confirmation).
4) Click Funds to enter the "OTC Fiat Trading" page, click "..." in the upper right corner. Button, select "Contact Info" to set and input QQ, WeChat and other contact information. Click "Save".
5) Return to the small menu bar on the page of "OTC Fiat Trading", click "Payment method", and click "Bind" to bind the payment method. Choose one of the payment methods.
6) Take the bank card as an example, select "Bank Account", and input the bank card number, branch name and other information. Click "Save", get and enter "dynamic verification code", and click "ok", that is, OTC setting is successful.
2. How to make OTC purchase in ZB official APP
1) Open the official APP of ZB, login, and select "Buy" from the interface of "OTC Fiat Trading".
2) In the OTC transaction interface, select the currency you want to buy. The steps are simple. Here is an example of QC trading to show how to buy QC with CNY.
3) Enter the purchase quantity and select payment method and select an appropriate merchant on the page and click "Buy" to enter the purchase page. click "Confirm order" to create a purchase order.
4) The order has been created successfully. Please wait for receipt.
5) After creating the order, the merchant receives the order. Please complete the transfer according to the Alipay /WeChat /bank account and other information provided in the order details (please fill in the note information to facilitate the recipient to confirm the payment). After the payment is made, click "Paid" and wait for the merchant's confirmation.
6) After the seller confirms the payment, the system will automatically transfer QC to your account, that is, the order transaction is completed.
Tips: if you have paid, but the seller doesn't reply for a long time, you can appeal in [OTC] - "order".
3. How to make an OTC sale in the official ZB APP
1) Open the official APP of ZB, login, and select "sell" from the interface of "OTC Fiat Trading".
2) In the OTC transaction interface, select the currency you want to sell. The steps are simple. Here is an example of QC trading and how to use QC to sell CNY. Enter the quantity of sale and select payment method, and select an appropriate seller on the page and click "Sell" to enter the OTC sell page.
3) Enter the quantity of sale, then click " Confirm order ", get and enter the verification code, and click "Next" to create a sell order successfully.
4) The order has been created successfully. Please wait for the seller to receive the order and pay.
5) After creating the order, the merchant receives the order successfully. The merchant will transfer the money according to the Alipay/WeChat/bank account provided by you. After confirming receipt of the payment from the merchant, click "Release".
6) Enter "transaction password" and click "Confirm" to confirm the payment.
7) After the receipt is confirmed, the transaction of the order is completed.
