1. Change Login Password (APP)
(1) Open the ZB official app and log in to your account. On the side menu bar interface, click "Security Center".
(2) In the Security Center, select "Login Password"
(3) Log in to the password setting interface and fill in the current password and new password. Obtain and enter the dynamic verification code, and click "Save" to change the login password successfully.
2. Retrieve Login Password (APP)
(1) In the APP login interface, click "Forget Password?".
(2) On the reset login password interface (select mobile phone or email authentication), enter the mobile phone number / email and set the login password. Obtain and fill in the dynamic verification code, click "OK", and the login password is successfully retrieved.
