Open ZB’s official websites www.zb.com / www.zb.work (recommended) to log into your account and enter the " Sub-Account ", select "Account Management" in the Account page. (You can modify sub-account password and remark as well as set API and freeze sub-accounts)
1. Modify sub-account password
1) Click ‘Modify Password’ after selecting ‘Password’ on sub-account management page.
2) Enter the new password twice in the ‘Change Sub-Account Password’ pop-up window. Enter Google verification and click "Submit" to update the sub-account password successfully.
2. Modify sub-account remarks
1) Click ‘Modify Remarks’ after selecting ‘Remarks’ on sub-account management page.
2) Enter the new sub account note in the ‘Modify Sub-account Remarks’ pop-up window. Click "Submit" to update the sub-account remarks successfully.
3. Set sub-account API
1) In the sub-account management interface, click "Set" after selecting ‘API’.
2) Enter the remarks, bind the IP, and enter Google verification in the pop-up ‘API settings’ window. Click "Create API Secret Key" to create API secret key successfully.
4. Freeze and unfreeze sub-account
1) Freeze sub-account
In the sub-account management interface, click "Freeze sub-account" after ‘account status’.
Enter Google verification code and click "Submit" to freeze the sub-account.
2) Unfreeze sub-account
In the sub-account management interface, click "Unfreeze sub-account" after selecting ‘account status’.
Enter Google verification code and click "Submit" to unfreeze the sub-account.
Please note: Sub-account can be used for pending orders and login after unfreezing.
