Go to ‘Account Security’ - on ‘Google Verification Code’, select ‘Bind Now’.
Download the official Google Authenticator App on your mobile device. Once downloaded, scan the two-dimensional code/input key for Google authentication and open it.
Modifying Google Authentication- In Account Security, click ‘Modify’ in the Google Authentication Code section.
Use the Google Authenticator app to scan the 2D code and retrieve the new Google Authentication code. Input the old Google Authenticator code, the new Google Authenticator code and the SMS Verification as required. Click ‘Next’ to complete the operation.
Retrieve Google Account- In Account Security, select ‘Lost’ in the Google Authentication Code section.
Enter the SMS authentication code and the Google authentication code information into the appropriate boxes. Complete the personal authentication with your ID documents and submit these too. Our customer service team will review your submission as soon as possible.
Turn off Google Authentication- In Account Security, select ‘Close’ in the Google Authentication Code section.
Enter the current Google Authentication Code and the SMS Verification code in the appropriate boxes. Click ‘Next’ to complete the process.
