1. Open the ZB official website www.zb.com / www.zb.work to log in and go to the "AccountInformation" page in Real- Name Verification, then click "Identification".
2. Take users in mainlandChina as an exampleMobilephone scanning code for Real-name authentication,After scanning the code, click开始认证（Start Verification) to enter "Real-Name Authentication",and click拍摄身份证人像(Take ID Card Portrait) to enter"Face Recognition" authentication (confirm that the ID is completelyin the picture, and the font on the ID photo and paper is clear, withoutblocking the light), Shoot and upload, and finally click "ShootCamera" to start recording the video. (When recording a video of readingnumbers by yourself, please use the front camera, please read it in Mandarin,and keep the video duration within 3-5 seconds). After the review is passed,you will receive a prompt SMS reminder.
3. If you are an international user, select "OverseasUser" and go on to personal verification, enter your real information andupload the a photo of your passport and a selfie of you holding your identitydocument at hand and a note with personal signature. After the review ispassed, youwill receive timely information prompts.
